A relaxed Saturday, hanging out with my mate.
Starts with a visit to the garden, a walk in the neighbourhood,
lunch on a Queen Street patio,
and friends coming over for dinner.

Dinner is home made and delicious – my mate’s choice for pasta is perfect,
and it is an enjoyable evening.

Grateful today for
a beautiful sunny day,
leisurely walks,
and for a fun evening.

Started the day at the garden.
So delightful to be weeding in the sunshine and listening to the play of sparrows and cardinals…
The kale and lettuce are happy and thriving and radishes are coming along nicely.

Then to the market to pick up a few things,
and home to make a salad for tonight’s BBQ.

A delightful dinner in a beautiful and magical spot…
Great to see friends on a perfect evening.

In the late afternoon, cooking with Bliss’n!
What an Indian feast we had – invited boys to join us for dinner before they set out to watch B-ball.

Grateful today for
Bliss’n – thank you for getting everything at the market – and for cooking Indian with us,
a west coast B-ball game – lots of time for dinner together before the game,
and for a most delicious Indian home cooked meal.

A rather cool spring Saturday.
After a quiet morning at home, we go to our garden plot.
All weeded, compost / manure added and ready for our plants…
delighted to inherit a strawberry plant!

Maylee drops by the garden,
we share a lovely lunch and catch up together.

In the evening a visit with PVS for K-BBQ,
and a fun night of conversation, sharing videos and lots of laughter.

spontaneous visits – always so great to catch up with Maylee,
and for a fun night with big thinker, PVS.
