Lunch at Brasiliano with the oh so exuberant one,
Uncle Stu drops in for a bite and as we sit at the window,
GavRadio walks by!
Grateful today for
Wellington’s moment in the spotlight,
catching up with exuberance,
and for chance encounters.
From a leisurely morning in the country,
we drive through the rain to a dry sunny city.
Wishing that the peacefulness, joy and fun we had in the country
could be translated into a lullaby for adults…songs to soothe and calm.
Wonder why there aren’t lullabies for adults….
Grateful today for
the morning rain’s watering of the garden,
a weekend experiencing nature,
and the love of friends and family.
Recently we went to a newly opened restaurant around the corner.
The most exciting thing about the restaurant was this signature on the window ledge by our table.
…looks like we sat where Margaret Atwood will be next year!

a happy busy day,
three different visits with friends today,
