A late morning visit from justin and rocketgirl…
catching up over lunch at Terroni.

Dufferin Grove market with uncle stu in the morning.
Ahhh….bringing tasty live freshness home.

Returning home from the market,
my new bike from CBM has been prepped by PJ for me to ride home,
just as it starts to rain. A delightful ride home.

After a nutritious dinner at home,
friends gather for a drink before going to see Maylee Todd’s Escapology release party.

shared time with justin and rocketgirl – so grateful justin didn’t start singing and dancing Psy!
CBM – thank you so much for the bike,
and for Maylee Todd…the mates love you like crazy.

good progress made.

After a busy day at envision,
a spontaneous gathering for K-BBQ.
Maylee, fresh from her month of travels in Asia,
and Uncle Stu – leaving his beans baking at home…

Beautiful Fall Day

Started a new class today – Body, Mind, Spirit.
Interesting first class – connecting depression, schizophrenia and manic depression to nutritional deficiencies…

Dufferin Grove farmer’s market after school,
and then a lovely meeting with our network guru.

After the meeting,
produce is cleaned and stored before going out to Maylee’s birthday bash.
And what a bash it was!

beautiful fall days,
catching up with Cam,
and for Maylee’s birthday bash – thanks for an awesome time.

Lake Lounging

Another Hot day in the heat wave.
A successful morning market trip, followed by cleaning and prepping of all our market goodies.
By afternoon, we are ready to go out on the lake.

On the Twomates with Maylee – no winds to sail,
lounging on and in the lake is perfect.
And the water is 74F!

a lovely day with Maylee and mate on the water,
great sharing and caring conversations,
and for a perfect summer day.

Super Saturday

After breakfast in the market, we pick up all the yummies we need for tomorrow.
In the afternoon, the country mice arrive!
Taco tests, and water spa fun make for a fun afternoon.
Uncle Stu returns home and joins us in the evening to see Maylee Todd opening for Lee Fields.

Grateful today for
a great afternoon hang with the country mice,
Uncle Stu’s safe return home,
and for an action packed Super Saturday.
