A late morning visit from justin and rocketgirl…
catching up over lunch at Terroni.

Dufferin Grove market with uncle stu in the morning.
Ahhh….bringing tasty live freshness home.

Returning home from the market,
my new bike from CBM has been prepped by PJ for me to ride home,
just as it starts to rain. A delightful ride home.

After a nutritious dinner at home,
friends gather for a drink before going to see Maylee Todd’s Escapology release party.

Grateful today for
shared time with justin and rocketgirl – so grateful justin didn’t start singing and dancing Psy!
CBM – thank you so much for the bike,
and for Maylee Todd…the mates love you like crazy.

Wellington

A business meeting in the Wellington office this afternoon after class…
Reading and working through the legalese of agreements – Yikes!

After the meeting, time to relax and hang with Uncle Stu.
Conversation, chess and a spicy vegetable dish with kelp noodles…Yum!

Grateful today for
boys that understand legalese,
a evening of fun,
and for a delicious dinner recipe.

♥ Toronto

A few traces of yesterday’s snowy night remain this morning.
The day is mild, warm and almost spring-like.

Met the cosmic girl at King and Simcoe for a walk to the St Lawrence market.
Great fun seeking out ingredients together. Even more fun to be joined by my mate for lunch at Buster’s.

Later in the afternoon, a walk with my camera on Adelaide to visit Wellington…happy to see the best designer in the world there and to have a brief visit.

Back to our hotel home to meet my mate and out again for more walks.

Grateful today for
a great walking day,
a fun time at the market,
and this great city – Toronto!

620 – Cycling around town

Out for a cycle this morning.
First to Queen’s Park where mom is at a Christian festival – Jesus in the city,
then to the lakeshore.

Initially planning to cycle to the beach, my mind changes as I pass the ferry station.
Taking the ferry to the island – it is a beautiful day for a cycle around the island.
So nice to be cycling with no cars!

Returning back to the mainland, I hook up with CEEbee and cycle west on the lakeshore to the humber river and then return home.
Wheww! The longest cycle I have done – 45 km.

Grateful today for
the beautiful breezes and warm sun,
our incredible toronto islands,
and a good day of cycling exercise.
