My Irish Charm

My Irish Charm

As we drove from Brevard County, our phones went off…
Emergency Tornado Alert… What?!!
Thankfully no incident and we made our way to St. Augustine.

Enjoyed walking through historic St Augustine.
After lunch, we continued on our way to Savannah, Ga.
Another Emergency Tornado Alert! with lightning striking the highway!

Got off the highway to wait out the storm, and then decided to carry on.
30 minutes later, we were in sunshine, and made it safely to the hotel.
Whew! No doubt, my Irish charm had something to do with it!

Grateful today for
making it to Savannah without incident,
the beautiful place that we are in – so looking forward to more exploring…
and for another city to do my favourite thing…
– hold my mate’s hand as we walk, explore and experience new places.

Hello 2016!

Back to Pepe’s for breakfast.
After breakfast, my mate is off to golf,
and I happily reconnect with my laptop in the hotel room.

The afternoon is unexpected, unplanned and great fun.
From Pepe’s to the White Pearl,
and back to Pepe’s…

Grateful today for
a quiet morning and early afternoon,
a fun and unexpected rolling party,
and for a great day to start 2016. Happy New Year!

The day after

Last night we danced until 2:30am…
Awake at 7 and hungry for breakfast!?
Bellies full and ready for a day of relaxation…

Walking with MAO in Jordan,
Cardinals flying everywhere,
Green grass, and trees downed by beavers by the algae pond with ducks…

Grateful today for
our energizing walk around the ponds,
a warm and cosy afternoon with MAO,
and for memories.
Thank you Advocat, for sharing memories of envisioneers – past and future.
